I know by doing some google and youtube research that Caribe Tours has had a lot of trouble with the Expreso Linero gua-gua company that in order to boycott this international route they have blocked Caribe Tours in some roads. Cap-Haitien is ok but u would have had more fun in Labadee or the upperclass Jacmel area in the southwest.
