Pisco is one of my favorite spirits and the pisco sour is one of my favorite drinks. I will soon get something written up about my visit to Peru, during which I visited the Lima hotel where the pisco sour was invented. So stay tuned for some more on pisco. I went to the web in search of some recipes with Macchu Pisco (got it at my liquor store cuz the gentleman said that it had just been awarded Best Spirit of 09 by Wine & Spirits Mag). Anyway, the point is that I wowed my family and friends! Please keep on experimenting with pisco -- I will make sure that my Peruvian friends keep you as a permanent bookmark!
