Your article is very surprising in that it coincides with my company's importation of Inca Gold Pisco (an Acholado) and our partnership with Guillermo Toro-Lira (author of "Wings of Cherubs"). Inca Gold Pisco is a premium acholado Pisco and we have partnered with Mr. Toro-Lira as well as a leading dry mix producer in Lima Peru to recreate the lost Pisco Punch recipe in a dehydrated form. Mr. Toro-Lira has sampled our dehydrated mix and said it was surprisingly close to the original formula – excluding of course the original secret ingredient. Additionally, Mr. Toro-Lira is scheduled to travel to Atlanta and Miami in February 2008 for an author's signing and Inca Gold Pisco Punch tasting.

Please visit www.incaspirits.com for further information about Inca Gold Pisco and Mr. Toro – Lira's book signings.
