		<description>Your article is very surprising in that it coincides with my company&#039;s importation of Inca Gold Pisco (an Acholado) and our partnership with Guillermo Toro-Lira (author of &quot;Wings of Cherubs&quot;).  Inca Gold Pisco is a premium acholado Pisco and we have partnered with Mr. Toro-Lira as well as a leading dry mix producer in Lima Peru to recreate the lost Pisco Punch recipe in a dehydrated form.  Mr. Toro-Lira has sampled our dehydrated mix and said it was surprisingly close to the original formula â€“ excluding of course the original secret ingredient.  Additionally,  Mr. Toro-Lira is scheduled to travel to Atlanta and Miami in February 2008 for an author&#039;s signing and Inca Gold Pisco Punch tasting.
